MPhil in Technology Policy
Michael Tyrimos AKC FRSA is the President of the Cambridge University Venture Capital
and Private Equity Club, an Advisory Board Member at the National Consortium of University
Entrepreneurs, an ad-hoc committee advisor to Cambridge University Entrepreneurs and the
Chairman of the King’s College London Business Club.
He currently reads an MPhil in Technology Policy at the Judge Business School – University
of Cambridge, holds a First Class Bachelor degree from King’s College London, has graduated
the Investment Banking and Capital Market Dynamics program of the Swiss Finance Academy,
and received a graduate certificate in International Business Strategy from the London School
of Economics and Political Science. Michael has previously served as a Lance Corporal of
the Greek/Cypriot Army (Engineers Corp), and worked at the Global Compliance Services of
PricewaterhouseCoopers and the International Business division of Deloitte. He also was the
founder of the former online student network “Mindsquared”.
Finally, Michael is the NACUE President of the Year 2010, an elected Associate of King’s
College London and a Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures
and Commerce.
